James was very friendly and honest. He does high quality work and was very communicative in the process of fixing my Mercedess CL. He went above and beyond to get the job done at the highest quality!

Great experience. I was driving up from SoCal and all of a sudden my ac unit was no longer giving out cool air. James was able to get me in immediately and fix it in no time for a reasonable price.

Amazing service!! I found out late on a Saturday afternoon that my car was failing the smog check due to a defective brake booster hose. I showed up unannounced at Oakmont looking for help. They took a look at my car within 2 minutes of my arrival, gave me an honest assessment and a very reasonable estimate. They got the work done quickly & the quality of work was excellent. We’ll be back.

I needed a 50k miles service performed on my vehicle and needed it done in one day. I called the shop to schedule an appointment and luckily James told me to bring it the next day. He even offered to show up early when I informed him that I start work before they open - but I ended up using their early check-in option which was super easy. James knew I was headed to work and inquired about my preferred form of communication. When James and his team got to working on my vehicle he gave me an estimate and his professional opinion. JAMES DID NOT TRY SELLING ME ANYTHING I DID NOT NEED. JAMES ALSO DID NOT USE LANGUAGE ANYONE WOULDN’T UNDERSTAND. When explaining his opinion James was not pushy and did not have an overlord type attitude, he simply explained his thought process. What I appreciated most about Oakmont is the RESPECT THEY GAVE ME AS A CUSTOMER AND AS A PERSON. Leaving my vehicle at the care of Oakmont Auto gave me peace of mind, knowing that someone was treating my vehicle with the care and attention to detail that I would if I had the time, resources and knowledge. HUUUGE BONUS was when I went to pick up the car and they had it washed, inside and out, and waxed. Granted: James explained that this was because I chose to get all the work I needed completed by them, breaking a certain price threshold – BUT this was still a very pleasant surprise, considering I desperately needed a wash and never mentioned anything to them. The cost was not necessarily below the average, but I’ve found exceptional auto care and parts come at a cost. But the treatment you will get from the Oakmont team is honestly priceless.

2 photos Dropped car to James to get stupid device recalibrated (Don't drink & drive). Wasn't able to pick it up due to not being able to walk (horrible lupus flare up). Had someone go pick my keys up & hoped I could pick it up later. Him & my mother worked something out while she was there picking up the keys for me. Next thing I know James offered to drop MY CAR off to me at HOME (in Antioch) so things would be easier. I legit shed some tears bc that was soooooo nice of him to do. James & staff are GREAT. Always good vibes & amazing customer service. Oh, let me add he mentioned they're doing mobile service now.. WINNING!! I 1000% recommend.. Loser company Intoxalock recommended his shop to me along with others. When checking reviews, they had only good things to say. I hit them up on yelp to ask a few questions & James got back to me very quickly. I was actually surprised bc everywhere else, still has me waiting on a response Lol. I took my car to him today for my re-calibration and I must say he was AMAZING. Hella nice hella coo hella professional hella friendly- actually communicated with me. Mannnn, what a relief bc everyone else I've been dealing with were dickheads & rude AF. I 1000% would recommend this shop to anyone & everyone who has a Intoxalock device. Great guy. Great experience!!
