I called James during Memorial Day weekend and he promptly responded and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Very friendly and fair pricing. Would definitely recommend!

Even amidst a global pandemic the folks at Oakmont Auto Care are persistent in their pursuit of exceptional customer service. Thursday morning I attempted to start my vehicle and to my surprise the battery was completely drained disabling even auxiliary power. With no way to jump the car myself, considering my wife's car is incompatible with mine, I called James at Oakmont for some help in a desperate time. Within 30 minutes James had arrived to jump my car and I was able to drive it to the shop where they performed a full inspection of my battery assuring its reliability. Oakmont had replaced my battery a few months back and, to their credit, they felt a sense of obligation to check up on their work and take care of me as their customer. This impressive and neighborly service is truly indicative of the mindset this business has built its foundation on: Personalized and honest service of the highest quality.
