Oakmont Auto Care always takes great care of my vehicles. The owner James is Very honest and is always trying to give you the best deal he can. His customer service is beyond great. Also his mechanics are very nice, smart and professional. Even through COVID-19 Oakmont Auto Care has been able to be there for me and is also very reassuring about cleanliness for his shop and his customers. He actually also has a COVID-19 discount for 19% off. I highly recommend Oakmont Auto Care to anyone who needs any kind of auto repair.

James and his staff have relieved my stress of dealing with a mercedes of mine that could not be figured out by the other shops i took my car to. I called James during Memorial Day weekend and he promptly responded and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Very friendly and fair pricing. Would definitely recommend!

Even amidst a global pandemic the folks at Oakmont Auto Care are persistent in their pursuit of exceptional customer service. Thursday morning I attempted to start my vehicle and to my surprise the battery was completely drained disabling even auxiliary power. With no way to jump the car myself, considering my wife's car is incompatible with mine, I called James at Oakmont for some help in a desperate time. Within 30 minutes James had arrived to jump my car and I was able to drive it to the shop where they performed a full inspection of my battery assuring its reliability. Oakmont had replaced my battery a few months back and, to their credit, they felt a sense of obligation to check up on their work and take care of me as their customer. This impressive and neighborly service is truly indicative of the mindset this business has built its foundation on: Personalized and honest service of the highest quality. If you are in the area and have any issues whatsoever with your vehicle don't think twice about ringing the bell at this shop.

This is the first review I’ve ever written on any site anywhere and I can honestly say I’m truly happy to do so. I can’t express enough how great my experience was at Oakmont auto and more particularly with the shop owner, James. James was a true professional top to bottom from his friendly nature, his great attitude, and his honest workmanship. I never felt pressured, hustled, or scammed into having anything done to my car. James kept me updated with the status of the car, what it needed/didn’t need, and he even sends the diagnostic photos with details to your phone so you can make your own decisions around what needs to be done. James never talks above or below you , doesn’t make you feel dumb about your vehicle. He’s just honest and a real pleasure to do business with. Thanks James !
