I have been going to Oakmont Auto Care for over 4 yrs now. James and his team are excellent. I believe James the owner gets it right! Good old fashion customer service. I have never had a bad experience in all those 4 yrs. Integrity and honesty is what you get when you go to Oakmont Auto Care! I had a problem with my battery and it was passed closing time. James waited for me and fixed the problem when I got there. I don’t believe too many places would accommodate your needs when the shop is already closed. I highly recommend Oakmont Auto Care if you want excellent work, good rates and most of all honesty. Thank you James and team

This place is great! They got me in last minute for a quick repair, and fixed a hole in my tire free of charge! James was incredibly kind and helpful at the front desk. I had an excellent experience. Would recommend this place all of your mechanic needs!

James and his crew are phenomenal! I’ve gotten my TPMS repaired by them a year ago and just recently needed to take in my 2006 Prius for maintenance/repairs after a bunch of lights came up on my dashboard. James is super knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, truly a master at his craft. Not only were the repairs made, but the crew cleaned the inside of my car as well (thank you)! The cost of the services were quite steep, but it does make sense with the quality of service you’re receiving. I was also given a 36 month/36k mile warranty for the services! Definitely go see James and his crew at Oakmont Auto Care! Best auto shop in Walnut Creek, hands down!

I got my car washed across the street and the bottom Engine cover fell down in the Front and was dragging so I saw Oakmont Auto Care and limped my car there and asked if they could help.. they got my car right in and Fixed the problem and I was on my way in about 20 mins.. Very Helpful to me and Super Nice.. Thanks to them for what they did to help me

Our car needed a jump after the battery died and we wanted to make sure that the battery remains in good shape. One of our friends recommended that we go to Oakmont. Dropped in around 2 pm and even though they were busy, Dennis took time aside to help us right away. He was very thorough and made sure to triple check that our battery was OK. In the end, Dennis confirmed that our battery is still good and helps us figure out what may have caused it to die (the dash cam). Thank you, Dennis! Highly recommend Oakmont Auto Care!
