2 photos Dropped car to James to get stupid device recalibrated (Don't drink & drive). Wasn't able to pick it up due to not being able to walk (horrible lupus flare up). Had someone go pick my keys up & hoped I could pick it up later. Him & my mother worked something out while she was there picking up the keys for me. Next thing I know James offered to drop MY CAR off to me at HOME (in Antioch) so things would be easier. I legit shed some tears bc that was soooooo nice of him to do. James & staff are GREAT. Always good vibes & amazing customer service. Oh, let me add he mentioned they're doing mobile service now.. WINNING!! I 1000% recommend.. Loser company Intoxalock recommended his shop to me along with others. When checking reviews, they had only good things to say. I hit them up on yelp to ask a few questions & James got back to me very quickly. I was actually surprised bc everywhere else, still has me waiting on a response Lol. I took my car to him today for my re-calibration and I must say he was AMAZING. Hella nice hella coo hella professional hella friendly- actually communicated with me. Mannnn, what a relief bc everyone else I've been dealing with were dickheads & rude AF. I 1000% would recommend this shop to anyone & everyone who has a Intoxalock device. Great guy. Great experience!!

I recommend Oakmont Auto Care. James and his staff of technicians are helpful and professional. Last week, our car battery died in a parking lot nearby and one of the technicians dropped what he was doing, jumped our car and got me on my way in minutes. We agreed I would drop by the next day to test battery and get a new one as needed. The next day, there was a battery waiting and they took care of my battery swap quickly and efficiently.

You will never find a better auto repair shop for your car than Oakmont Auto Care in Walnut Creek, CA. The owner, James, is THE BEST! He really goes the extra mile for his customers: free loaners or drop off/pickup plus his rates are the most reasonable in the area. He is honest and has integrity. You won't be disappointed.

I needed a car to be inspected before I purchased it, and James was amazing. He did a thorough check and ran a full diagnostic report. He is very knowledgeable and will go the extra mile for you. There was a code that came up on the diagnostic report (easy fix at the dealership). Instead of just telling us there was a code, he took the time to research the code, how to remedy it, and gave us the assurance we needed to purchase the car. Honest and solid guy. High recommend.

I went to see James last month to get new spark plugs for my car. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and told me all the recommendations of things that he could fix, but he didn't pressure me into fixing everything at all, and he even gave me a loaner car to use for a couple of days while he fixed my car! I felt like his prices were really reasonable. I will definitely be coming back! Thanks James!
