I needed a 50k miles service performed on my vehicle and needed it done in one day. I called the shop to schedule an appointment and luckily James told me to bring it the next day. He even offered to show up early when I informed him that I start work before they open - but I ended up using their early check-in option which was super easy. James knew I was headed to work and inquired about my preferred form of communication. When James and his team got to working on my vehicle he gave me an estimate and his professional opinion. JAMES DID NOT TRY SELLING ME ANYTHING I DID NOT NEED. JAMES ALSO DID NOT USE LANGUAGE ANYONE WOULDN’T UNDERSTAND. When explaining his opinion James was not pushy and did not have an overlord type attitude, he simply explained his thought process. What I appreciated most about Oakmont is the RESPECT THEY GAVE ME AS A CUSTOMER AND AS A PERSON. Leaving my vehicle at the care of Oakmont Auto gave me peace of mind, knowing that someone was treating my vehicle with the care and attention to detail that I would if I had the time, resources and knowledge. HUUUGE BONUS was when I went to pick up the car and they had it washed, inside and out, and waxed. Granted: James explained that this was because I chose to get all the work I needed completed by them, breaking a certain price threshold – BUT this was still a very pleasant surprise, considering I desperately needed a wash and never mentioned anything to them. The cost was not necessarily below the average, but I’ve found exceptional auto care and parts come at a cost. But the treatment you will get from the Oakmont team is honestly priceless.

James took great care of my car when I learned I needed to replace both brake pads and roters at the start of Memorial Day weekend. He diagnosed on Friday, fixed on Saturday, and I was able to pick it up from him on Monday. He was wonderful to work with and the car is now in great condition. Thanks, James!

Great customer service , friendly and fast service . The owner even gave me a ride to my house since the job was going to take 2 1/2 hours . I highly recommend this place .

Another mechanic had done shoddy work which was rectified by Oakmont Auto Care. I felt taken care of and not ripped off like I did by the previous shop. They are also open on Saturdays. I highly recommend checking them out and promise you won't regret it.

They were very efficient, fast, friendly and fair with there pricing! When the CHECK ENGINE light came on I had them do a diagnostic test and also a visual inspection! So they could tell me if there was more then one thing wrong with my vehicle and what was priority! They came back with a rather small list considering I had been neglecting my vehicle for a while! I decided to get everything on the list done even though they told me I could wait on a couple things! The price was low enough and the peace of mind getting everything fixed was worth it! They went in early to start my car and it was finished around 11:30am quick turn around time! I also went there while I was out running erands when the light came on, had no ride home so they took the time to give me a ride home in there vehicle not mine and also picked me up when my car was ready so I didn't have to find a ride!

James was very honest and upfront about what needed to be done on my car. He told me what needed to be done immediately and what could wait until my next paycheck. Thanks James!

Love how James runs his shop. Just got an oil change but the pride he has in how he runs his business already shows.

I had a great experience. He gave me a quote on maintenance, and then when I took the car in, it ended up costing less than the quote. Very transparent and fair. I will go back for future repairs and maintenance.
