They earned these excellent reviews. My old SUV's Fuel pump died after 5pm while I was in Walnut Creek. Within a couple of hours after they received the vehicle; they had figured out the problem, called me with the news. Upon my agreement; they ordered parts and it was fixed and ready for me early the next morning. Very professional. I highly recommend.

We heard some "monster" noise from the bottom of our truck at I-680 near Danville at 5:30PM after heavy duty driving at North California. We found and called the Oakmont Auto Care from Google. James at Oakmont Auto Care told us that he would happy to help even it's late afternoon already. He found the problem, which is a pair of broken front bearings, in one minutes and told us that we could have the truck in late morning next day. Everything he done on inspection and repair is so professional. Highly recommend this vehicle expert to everyone. James, thank you very much!

Wow, I was lucky to find Oakmont. We came into the states and got our car out of storage only to find the engine lite on. Luckily it ran. I looked on Yelp and picked James. Surprised by the findings, rats had eaten many of the wires. James did a great job repairing all the damage and even had a car for me to use at no charge. He supplied me with pictures of the damage and an itemized bill for my insurance company. I would use Oakmont Auto Care again for sure.

I needed a 50k miles service performed on my vehicle and needed it done in one day. I called the shop to schedule an appointment and luckily James told me to bring it the next day. He even offered to show up early when I informed him that I start work before they open - but I ended up using their early check-in option which was super easy. James knew I was headed to work and inquired about my preferred form of communication. When James and his team got to working on my vehicle he gave me an estimate and his professional opinion. JAMES DID NOT TRY SELLING ME ANYTHING I DID NOT NEED. JAMES ALSO DID NOT USE LANGUAGE ANYONE WOULDN’T UNDERSTAND. When explaining his opinion James was not pushy and did not have an overlord type attitude, he simply explained his thought process. What I appreciated most about Oakmont is the RESPECT THEY GAVE ME AS A CUSTOMER AND AS A PERSON. Leaving my vehicle at the care of Oakmont Auto gave me peace of mind, knowing that someone was treating my vehicle with the care and attention to detail that I would if I had the time, resources and knowledge. HUUUGE BONUS was when I went to pick up the car and they had it washed, inside and out, and waxed. Granted: James explained that this was because I chose to get all the work I needed completed by them, breaking a certain price threshold – BUT this was still a very pleasant surprise, considering I desperately needed a wash and never mentioned anything to them. The cost was not necessarily below the average, but I’ve found exceptional auto care and parts come at a cost. But the treatment you will get from the Oakmont team is honestly priceless.
