I took my truck in Thursday and they were able to inspect and replace my rear tires, front brakes and perform an oil service on my truck; returning it to me the same day. My car had a Check Engine Light, and he researched to learn that my car has an extended emissions warranty, which I didn't know, and informed me that my CEL problem would be fixed by Ford at no cost. I took my car to Ford, and they confirmed exactly what James told me. I appreciate James research and honesty, and he saved me thousands of dollars. Thank you!!!
